Self leadership is the foundation for public influence. If you cannot lead yourself successfully, don’t complain when others don’t follow you willingly.
To lead yourself, try any course or book or knowledge on emotional intelligence. After I took 4 different courses, I suddenly realized many things I didn’t consciously know about myself.
My confidence level is on the high now. My self-discovery is giving me strength to be comfortable with visibility.
Before now, I will wait for others to do things and I just watch. As you continue gaining more visibility and prospecting for leadership positions, do something about you so that your result will justify the investment of time and efforts you are making .
Do invest in resources that will increase your self awareness, self control, social awareness and how to build connections with people.
All these and more will give you personal powers that will help you move your audience and connections without sweating.
I am living my best life now. And, I am not going to stop discovering me.
